When You Can Return or Exchange Your Purchase:

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange an item 14 days from the day of receiving shipment of your KT Sun Stop item(s). Items that are returned or exchanged after 14 days but within 30 days can ONLY be exchanged for store credit. After 30 days, items may not be returned for any reason.

If you have received an item with a manufacturing defect or an incorrect item to the item you ordered you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within 30 days.

When you are shipping items for return to KT Sun Stop please prepare the package with the following information:

Your Order Return Form
The item(s) in their original packaging
For order cancellations, we are able to cancel orders for a full refund provided that the item has not been processed for shipping yet.

ALL REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES ARE FINAL

Processing Fees:

Please be advised that you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping returns.

If you wish to make a return for store credit, you will be processed free of charge. If you wish to make a return for a full refund to your original payment method, you may be subject to a handling & processing fee of $3.99, depending on your method of payment.  This fee will be deducted from the amount that is refunded to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. However, your shipping charge may be refunded if KT Sun Stop has mistakenly sent you the wrong items from the item you ordered or a manufacturing defect exists with the item.

Processing Your Return:

Once we’ve received your package, we will contact you through email to inform you that we have received your package, and to give you the approximate date that your refund will be processed. We will refund you for the original item cost within approximately 7 business days once your package arrives to our warehouse.

Please note that after the refund has been processed your banking institution will usually take 3-5 business days to process and post this transaction to your account. Therefore, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once your return is shipped to us.

Exchanges and Receiving Store Credit:

If you are not happy with your purchase, full priced items can be exchanged for a Store Credit within 30 days of receiving your purchase. You can then use this credit to purchase a new item from our store.

*NOTE: Store Credit expires within 12 months.

Please include your order # and the method in which you would like us to handle the return (i.e., Store Credit or Refund) on the attached Order Return Form.
